SMS-Box uses a prepaid balance system. You top up your account balance first, then spend it on SMS verification numbers. Nothing is charged until you actively place an order.
Stripe — Card Payments
You can top up your SMS-Box balance by credit or debit card via Stripe. Stripe is a secure international payment processor used for online card payments.
Accepted card/payment brands may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, JCB, iDeal, Bancontact and EPS, depending on your country, bank and Stripe availability.

Deposit Policy
- All deposits are non-refundable according to the service rules.
- If an SMS does not arrive within the activation window, the order cost is returned to your SMS-Box balance automatically.
- If your card payment was successful but the balance was not updated, please contact support and include your account email and payment time.
Payment security and prohibited use
The minimum top-up amount is €5. Card testing, use of stolen cards, fraudulent payments or any unauthorised payment method is strictly prohibited. Accounts involved in such activity may be suspended without refund and relevant information may be provided to payment processors, card networks or official authorities where legally required.
If you have a billing issue, please contact support before opening a payment dispute or chargeback. SMS-Box does not store card data; card payments are processed by Stripe.
